Last month we proivided more information on our wararnty. This month we will discuss our layaway policy. We understand that many customers want to purcahse a quality weapon, but are short on cash, or would rather not use a credit card to pay for their purchase.

Our layaway policy will hold the gun you want now or the one we will build for you in the future. The gun will be held with 20% down and completing paperwork at the time of deposit. You will make monthly or bi-monthly payments, at gun shows, by money order through the mail, credit card payments over the phone or by PayPal. We ask that you pay the gun off in six months or less. If you take longer than 30 days to pay off the gun you will need to do paperwork again. In the end you get your custome built Rijas Services, LLC weapon to take home and play with. What more could you ask for?

If something along the way happens and you can not finish payingfor you layaway we will refund your money. No questions asked. For the full amount paid on the gun. This is just a part of the great customer service we provide to our customers.

At Rijas Services, LLC we operate a bit differently than most gun dealers.  We are gunsmiths and manufactures.  We stand behind every gun we sell with a life time warranty.  We want to serve you with the best customer service possible.  And this is not just words.  Here are a couple examples.

The gun above was a police trade-in from the CA State Parks.  Rick had been through it.  Someone bought it, shot it and took it apart to clean it.  Something didn’t go back together right.  He brought it to us at a show and exchanged it for a different gun.  He got the price he paid as trade on the gun he took home.

Same thing happens with our rifles.  We provide gunsmithing for life.  We even tell people we will clean their guns if the don’t want to.    We recently replaced a lower when a customer tried to install a Magpul trigger guard and broke an ear off the lower.  He could have brought the rifle to a show with the part and we would gladly have installed it.  No cost to him.  We have replaced several uppers that have had issues.
